Implementation guardrails

Minimal-change rule: do not redesign unrelated sections. Each change must trace back to an agreed requirement and be limited to the code necessary to fulfil it.

Review status

The implementation programme is active. This hosted page is a deliberately sanitized snapshot for discussion and comments. It does not expose private client messages, screenshots, local paths, credentials, or the live orchestration controls.

A new version will be published for the next review round after verified implementation evidence exists.
