Keep credentials and private email content off the public board and website.
Deploy public URLs without a new login, token, VPN, or IP gate. Preserve a practical rollback path for DNS and site changes.
Send the first email only after staging works and the second only after asztaloshaz.hu works. Use Missive and verify sent state.

Captured 32 pages and 730 assets. The self-hosted Cloudflare preview passed a 32-page browser network check and a browser form submission stored in KV. Luna desktop/mobile QA is running against the first production staging build. No milestone email has been sent.

When the staging URL is opened in a fresh browser, then the complete working site appears at the Cloudflare Pages URL with functional interactions and screenshots.
When source access is recovered and the Webflow site is inventoried, then source files and a page/asset map appear in the local deliverables.
When staging has passed the checks, then a Missive sent record to Matt appears with the staging URL.
When each deployed page is viewed at desktop and mobile sizes, then section screenshots and Luna findings appear in the QA report.
When the custom domain has passed the checks, then a second Missive sent record to Matt appears with the live URL.
When asztaloshaz.hu is opened in a fresh browser, then the same working site appears at that domain with postdeployment screenshots.

Evidence: Source captured on 2026-09-25: 32 HTML pages returned HTTP 200 and 730 asset URLs were saved. Self-hosted preview served all 32 paths with HTTP 200, with no browser network or JavaScript errors. Its form returned HTTP 200 and the QA entry was read back from Cloudflare KV as stored. Production staging still awaits the self-hosted build and visual QA. The staging email has not been sent. DNS remains at Tárhely.Eu with Webflow A records; domain cutover and the live email remain pending.
