Instantly campaign audit, 30 September 2026
Configuration and lead-field checks passed after five corrections. Copy claims still need substantiation. Snapshot: 08:59 Budapest time. Campaign A is active. B and C remain drafts.
Corrections
| Campaign | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| A, first email | amiven | amivel |
| tegeződő-2, first email | teljesítmény-optimalzált | teljesítmény-optimalizált |
| tegeződő-2, first email | akivtielezési | a kivitelezési |
| tegeződő-2, Balázs mailbox | Kedves Gergely | Szép napot |
| tegeződő-2, Ákos mailbox | Kedves Loránd | Szép napot |
Both greeting corrections were verified in Instantly and the canonical review rows. Those two leads had no contact timestamp at correction. Campaign patches changed only sequence spelling and update timestamps. A fresh browser view also showed the corrected “amivel” spelling. Campaign states, sender lists, schedules and limits were preserved. No activation or manual email was performed.
Campaign state

| tegeződő-2 | 300 | 300 | Draft | Lead table |
A includes 174 older rows, 148 named-segment imports and 300 latest additions. B and C each contain 300 latest additions. Counts can change as A sends.
Checks
- Fresh full workspace pagination at 09:02 Budapest covered 4,897 memberships. None of the 900 latest assigned leads has another email or normalized website-domain membership elsewhere in the workspace.
- Full provider pagination for all three campaigns. All 900 latest assignments match expected source IDs and campaigns. All used fields match their saved source records, with the two documented greeting corrections.
- All 1,222 rows have the fields required by their actual sequences. Zero duplicate emails or normalized website domains across the three campaigns. All 3,666 saved step variants resolve without remaining template tokens in offline rendering. Random wording was structurally checked, not every possible combination exhaustively enumerated.
- Saved activity evidence exists for the 900 latest assignments. This proves evidence was recorded, not that every business claim has been independently researched again today. Their earlier same-day import verification accepted valid email results and excluded catch-all, unknown and invalid results. No fresh paid email verification was bought during this audit.
- Three email steps each. Step 1 waits four days before step 2, and step 2 waits six days before step 3. Blank follow-up subjects inherit the previous subject in the Instantly UI.
- Sending Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:30, with no end date. Europe/Belgrade has the same current local clock as Budapest. The schedule's label “Saturday” is misleading, but actual enabled day flags are weekdays.
- Stop on reply, automatic reply and company reply enabled. Risky-contact sending disabled. Bounce protection enabled. CC/BCC empty. Open/link tracking disabled. First email uses text-only sending.
- Same eight sender accounts in all three campaigns. Each has a configured 25-email daily limit. Combined sender ceiling is 200 emails/day shared across these and any other campaigns using those accounts. Each campaign separately limits itself to 120 emails/day. Starting B/C will share capacity and can slow A's follow-ups because new leads are prioritized.
- All eight sender accounts are status 1 and sent 19–25 emails on 29 September. Seven retain August OAuth error text, but this is contradicted by subsequent sending activity. Recent sending does not prove current inbox placement or uninterrupted future authentication.
- Instantly's actual tegeződő-1 and tegeződő-2 previews filled the greeting, activity and
domainnev, hucorrectly, including the intentional valuestriptobudapest, huandsmartehaz,hu. It also displayed two and three template warnings respectively that misidentified RANDOM snippets as lead variables, while the preview body resolved those snippets. No test email was sent. Provider preview is a sample, not proof of every future sent message.
Remaining copy claims
The audit cannot give an unconditional “no embarrassing mistakes” verdict yet. All three first emails and their subjects claim a personalized website design has already been prepared. Saved lead-personalization evidence does not prove that a design exists. No per-lead design deliverables were established by this audit. Confirmation is pending. If these are created only after a prospect replies, the subject, first email and final follow-up should be rewritten consistently to offer preparing a design.
Campaign A also suggests the prospect's current conversion rate is 1–2% and an improved rate is 3–5%. This audit did not substantiate those numbers from prospect analytics. Existing commercial copy has not been broadly rewritten without resolving the intended offer. The two campaigns named “tegeződő” still use neutral/formal greetings and “Tisztelettel” follow-ups. This is a naming/tone inconsistency, not a broken variable.
Evidence and recovery
API snapshots and receipts: /home/matt/.local/state/get-leads-review/campaign-audit-20260930/ on devbox, mirrored under this checkout's .tmp/campaign-audit-20260930/. Before snapshots bind the exact changed campaigns and leads. Restore only the old body words or individual greeting fields after checking for subsequent human edits. Do not overwrite whole current campaign objects or reset unrelated work.
Official campaign API field reference and sender analytics reference were checked for current API semantics.
