Use the ClaudeCode version of the skill and its template to create an upgraded design. Focus on design and useful supporting assets, rather than running the whole sales kit. No Figma. The notes below provide context, evidence and possibilities. Use your judgment about the design, copy, layout and which ideas are worth developing.

## Where the information comes from

Work in `/Users/agency/Documents/Agty/sales-call-preps`. These are the relevant sources:

- **Template:** `/Users/agency/.claude/skills/sales-prep-kit/resources/template.html`
- **First complete call, September 18:** `/Users/agency/Documents/Agty/sales-call-preps/.codex-private/falszarito-next-meeting-2026-10-07/call-2026-09-18.txt`

- **Earlier presented design:** `/Users/agency/Documents/Agty/sales-call-preps/falszarito-assets-2026-10-07/proposal-2026-09-22/assets/02-homepage.png`
- **Keyword context:** `/Users/agency/Documents/Agty/sales-call-preps/falszarito-assets-2026-10-07/scraped-copy/falszarito.hu_keywords_tables.md`

Read both calls in full. The second transcript has damaged passages and unreliable speaker labels, so clear statements carry more weight than ambiguous fragments. The old design helps explain what they reacted to. The sent email establishes what they received, rather than what an earlier draft intended. The current live site returned403 during preparation, so the saved material is useful but not proof of today's sitemap or rankings.

## Insights, and why they matter

**They want stronger professional credibility and larger projects.** The first call emphasized modernization, enquiries and prestige. In the second, the client said the residential direction was “túl lett … dimenzionálva” and asked for useful information for “szakmai tervezők, kivitelezők”. They explained that smaller work dominates and they want larger companies to approach them. I included this because it corrects the earlier direction: a polished design that reads like a household-only tradesman page could still miss their goal.

**Their technical content is an asset.** The second call connects stronger professional descriptions with winning the attention of bigger companies. Existing diagnostic, expert-opinion and planning material may therefore be as persuasive as a short headline. A possible approach is accessible summaries with depth available to professional readers. This is an idea, not a prescribed layout.

**They value continuity.** The first call supports retaining the blue/red identity and emblem. The second explicitly says that the opening should still have running reference photographs. I included these because modernization should feel recognizably theirs. The real projects can communicate experience more credibly than generic construction imagery.

**Contact should feel easy.** One client says he quickly skips pages requiring forms. That suggests a visible phone route alongside a short optional enquiry path. It does not establish that all their visitors dislike forms.

**They need an understandable, manageable project.** Questions about ongoing fees, later photo additions and where enquiries came from suggest a wish for control and clarity. These are interpretations to validate, not proven private fears. They also had not fully absorbed the proposal. A simple demonstration of the site may help more than more sales material.

## Matt's latest offer direction

The website price stays fixed at **330,000 Ft**. Existing service pages get two directions to choose from:

- **A:** keep the current wording and technical content, with renewed styling and better layouts.
- **B:** a more optimized structure and rewritten copy, with animations, while preserving technical accuracy.

Both directions and implementing the chosen direction are included, with no service-page surcharge. This is Matt's new instruction, not something already agreed in the calls or September email. The client chooses the final direction, rather than publishing duplicate versions of the same service. The old30/45/60/70k upgrade ladder is superseded for this proposal. These agency prices provide project context, not prices to put on Falszárító's own customer-facing website.

## Possibilities to explore

- A stronger reference-led first impression, or a clearer route into technical expertise.
- Different reading depths for professionals and building owners within the same site.
- A service-page comparison that makes the faithful and rewritten directions easy to understand.
- Reusing real reference photos, diagnostic imagery or existing technical diagrams in a clearer format.
- A concise project/reference card they could link from emails. The call's request to automatically pop up a website from an email expresses a desire to get their work noticed, rather than a reliable feature to promise.

Catalog candidates include the genuine logo (`img-0035`), building references (`img-0018`, `0020`, `0022`, `0025`, `0026`), moisture meter (`img-0004`) and moisture/salt diagram (`img-0001`). Their suitability depends on the actual image and source association. Historical awards and certificates may be useful evidence, but dates matter. A building photo alone does not prove they completed its entire restoration.

Choose the ideas that fit. Briefly explain how the call evidence informed the result. Preserve authentic claims and technical meaning, rather than inventing testimonials or project outcomes. Keep private calls, email and internal coaching out of public assets. Follow Matt's current workspace and review-host rules, with bare review URLs and no automatic opening. This is internal design preparation, not authority to contact the client or change the production website.
