# Proposal generator delivery

**C01–C25 verified: 25/25.** Both functional variants, both PDF layouts and all three sidebar arrangements are deployed. This records executor verification, not a claim of parent or client approval.

The integrated sidebar is available inside both real variants. The two alternatives clearly identify their edits as demo-only. The familiar sheet retains live highlighting, extra work, row-level transport, five-stage settlement and dated payments. First final export captures the original estimate. Later changes cannot replace earlier PDF bytes.

The final deployed API/PDF harness passed 16 scenarios, 920 assertions, 44 PDF exports/downloads, 128 rendered pages and 32 source/served asset comparisons. Actual browser journeys separately completed eight scenarios per variant and 43 pre-click preview/download byte matches. The parent independently rehashed all 43, verified interleaved A/B proposal/contact saves and added another exact transport-settlement PDF export. The live API harness passed 101 assertions and the contact-commit failure/retry harness passed 24. Both variants passed 14 anonymous route/source checks. The full `npm test` command passed 34 Node entries, five bundled worker tests and one Python build test.

Final visual evidence includes 135 desktop and 138 mobile section screenshots, plus [80 fresh independent image descriptions and parent comparisons](evidence/blind/index.md). The initial desktop navigation observations were resolved by actual visible-button clicks and settled loaded lists on both frozen builds. Their historical captures remain available. [Final provider audit](evidence/deployment/final-audit.json) confirms all original staging rows preserved, independent A/B records, unchanged exported document metadata, empty outboxes, exact release versions and unchanged production settings/deployments. The two existing lead timestamp triggers match the backup. No database trigger was removed to make the audit pass.

Known limits: an injected offline PDF-module failure in A required a page reload to restore preview after save recovery. Typed edits survived. The two-second typing condition passed for quantity, price, description and unit in both variants. Separate layout/export triggers are not claimed to always finish under two seconds. The unchanged legacy panel tab strip still clips its add-lead tab at 390 px, with the full menu usable. [Detailed limits and resolutions](evidence/qa/known-limits-decision.md).

Only isolated agency staging changed. No production release, client messages, calendar redesign or paid external execution calls occurred. Execution spend is USD0, with the existing USD1 preparation reserve retained under the shared USD20 ceiling. No calendar executor was launched by this proposal task.
