Primary request: Refine Image 1 to remove an unsupported hand-placement detail. Keep the adult lying on their back on the mat, but have both arms rest naturally at the sides of the torso without touching the chest or abdomen. Preserve the exact lesson sequence, month list, visual layout, colors, and all words from Image 1.
