Result
I corrected the partition B observation-to-pixel mapping and preserved the pre-correction inventory and report as a historical revision. The exact consultation screenshot identified by the parent now describes its visible consultation heading, two-week context, sample-reservation note, and preparation checklist. The corrected 4,221-context table has 3,213 unique hashes; 544 hashes have fresh original-size image-view receipts, and the remaining 2,669 are explicitly UNVERIFIED. I cannot attest a complete visual acceptance while those rasters remain unseen.

The consultation first screen makes its purpose easy to identify. It visibly says that the online consultation happens after two weeks and distinguishes early sample-time selection from the actual conversation. My interpretation that the first useful action is to prepare with the checklist is an inference from the visible heading and four unchecked boxes; no reservation control is visible in this captured viewport.
At image level, the corrected inventories now contain 544 fresh review receipts, 539 fresh pixel PASS results, three fresh visual FAIL results, and six historical FAIL hashes that were not among the rasters I reopened. The two additional FAIL hashes are later day-7 run captures with the same visible “Válts a két kézzel” defect as the selected-image capture. Two other reopened historical FAILs (day 9 and day 13 at 360 px) are visually legible but remain overall FAIL for source relevance. All historic source findings are separate from the blind observations.
Limits or consequential decisions
The capture queue contains 685 unscaled mobile strips with 2,736 source tiles, plus 477 wide native rasters that require direct original-size inspection. I viewed mobile strips 0686–0821, covering 544 distinct hashes. The remaining queue is 549 mobile strips (2,192 distinct hashes) and 477 wide rasters, for 2,669 unviewed hashes total. Internal 900×1000 and 1440×1000 images are in that unviewed group. OCR was used only to locate and summarize visible text after opening a raster; it does not count as review by itself. The wide rasters were not shrunk into montages.
The previous completion report is preserved verbatim under evidence/luna-post-b-review/revisions/pre-observation-correction-20261002/. It claimed all raster observations were complete, but that claim is not supported by the current correction receipts and should not be used for acceptance. I stopped short of marking unseen rasters PASS. Continue with strip 0822 through 1370, then directly view all 477 native-source PNGs at original detail. The 8 asset-level FAIL entries in daily-assets-findings.tsv and all historical FAIL statuses remain FAIL until the parent completes fresh post-fix QA.
