## Result

Repaired the three state-truthfulness defects. Rita can only mark a response sent for that participant and day after a submitted video, free feedback now needs an explicit local receipt transition tied to a simulated submission, and fixture/removal flows report storage failures without deleting video bytes before metadata removal is saved. Model/effort: Luna/max per assignment.

## Limits or consequential decisions

No live host was modified, no deployment was performed, and no panel or browser tab was opened. The two HTML edits are part of the existing multi-file site. The parent should publish the assembled review surface before human delivery, as required by the project instructions. Existing evidence files owned by other work were not modified.
