27 September 2026 · Official kickoff preparation

Start today.
Make tomorrow easy to begin.

One real evening conversation. Three commitments. A prepared first action that survives an ordinary, imperfect morning.

Start here in voice: “Let’s do the official kickoff. Help me make tomorrow concrete, then rehearse the triggers with me.”

Use the current Codex conversation. You do not need a new voice app, a new dashboard, or to choose every audio sample first.

01 · What matters

The three promises stay simple.

Evening

Plan and leave the paper list.

Reflect, time-block tomorrow, and put your handwritten first actions on the desk. Rest and “do whatever, just don’t doomscroll” belong in the plan too.

Wake

Play. Wash. Sit. Begin.

Audio immediately, wash face, desk, read the list, take the first concrete action. Aim to begin within ten minutes.

Before midday

Run ten. Meditate five.

Both happen before noon. Work-first is the proposed default, followed by the run and meditation. Check the actual timing tonight.

Meals, gym, sauna, extra recovery, and elaborate tracking can support these promises. They are not extra pass/fail gates.

What does “start today” mean?

Your commitment starts tonight, September 27. Recommended Sheet convention: first morning row September 28, including tonight’s preparation, then thirty mornings through October 27. We will confirm that date label once. This morning is not retroactively marked complete. No new wake hour, punishment or automatic restart is imposed.

  1. Say what is on your mind.

The coach listens, uses available dated evidence, and asks what matters most. Only this opening brain dump gets live reflection notes.

  2. You write tomorrow.

Open the Notion plan, Calendar and Sheet. You edit while the coach listens and challenges unrealistic assumptions. Live note-taking stops. Pick one first outcome and its first physical step.

  3. Prepare the actual room and rehearse.

Paper list visible, exact work ready, audio easy to play, shoes in the transition path. Practise the real actions once rather than only describing an ideal morning.

  4. Finish explicitly.

Say “planning-session-done.” The agent archives the conversation, reads your final manual plan, then generates and delivers the two next-day guides. Check its actual receipt.

02 · From the course to your room

Notice a cue. Make one physical move.

Picture your actual room and chosen task. Include one likely obstacle. Then say the cue-action pair in your own words and physically try it.

Trigger you can noticeFirst action to rehearseIf friction appears
Wake alarm / wakingTap prepared audio, then feet down and wash face.Test the actual phone/headphone route tonight. No searching the library in bed.
First morning sit at the deskRead the handwritten first line and begin its specific action. If vague, make the first line concrete tonight. “Finish the project” is not a first click.
A tempting new tab or ideaCapture one line on the distraction paper, return to the current step.Preserve the idea without turning the work block into a new project.
First block timer or track endsPut on the visible running shoes and start the ten-minute run.Leave room for the return and five-minute meditation before noon.
Chosen evening reminderOpen the planning conversation and begin describing the day.Shorten the explanation when tired. Still make tomorrow real.
The coach should use these principles too.
  • Ask for your judgment before supplying advice. Let you finish.
  • Separate evidence, interpretation and uncertainty. Ask what would change the conclusion.
  • For a new commitment, identify what it displaces. Rest has value too.
  • If a habit fails, inspect the cue, clarity and actual obstacle. Do not turn it into an identity verdict.
  • Check the real outcome behind the tick. A beautiful tracker is not a finished task.

03 · Listen, then choose

Three styles. Same useful job.

All samples use Hungarian Gemini Charon. A is direct, B is cinematic, C is reflective. Mix styles by section if you like. The meditation clips are short introductions, not full five-minute practices.

What should we add from the course?

A roughly five-minute practical guide. The priority is easier starts and honest feedback, not adding more habits.

Wake and begin

A

Clear and direct

Hungarian script

Ott a kézzel írt lista.

B

Cinematic and playful

Hungarian script

Elindítottad a hangot. Most arcmosás, aztán irány az asztal. A mellékküldetések ráérnek. Ami közben eszedbe jut, mehet a külön lapra. Te pedig vissza a kiválasztott munkához. Ma innen építünk valamit, ami tényleg létezik.

C

Calm and reflective

Hungarian script

Jó reggelt. Mielőtt a világ elmondaná, mire figyelj, térj vissza ahhoz, amit te választottál. Most a figyelmed visszatér ahhoz, aminek helyet készítettél.

Leave for the run

A

Clear and direct

Hungarian script

A futásra váltás jele most a blokk vége. Tudatos váltás a napban. A többi gondolatnak később is lesz helye.

B

Cinematic and playful

Hungarian script

A saját tervedhez térsz vissza.

C

Calm and reflective

Hungarian script

Lezárult az első blokk. Most változik a ritmus.

Settle into meditation

A

Clear and direct

Hungarian script

Most következik az ötperces meditáció.

B

Cinematic and playful

Hungarian script

Most öt perc csendes erő következik. Hozd vissza a figyelmedet. Ez a visszatérés a gyakorlat. A végén képzeld el a következő jelenetet: előtted a lista, megnyitva a valódi feladat, és te elkezded az első kis lépést. Nem a tökéletes érzésre vársz. Egyszerűen folytatod. Most hagyjuk egy kicsit, hogy a csend dolgozzon.

C

Calm and reflective

Hungarian script

A gondolatok jöhetnek. A végén lásd magad előtt a következő feladat első mozdulatát.

Easy feedback: “Wake B, run A, meditation C. Less hype, shorter instructions, keep this phrase…”

We will refine the generating skills after your listening feedback. These samples are not tomorrow’s personalized guides.

What repeats, and what changes every day?

Reusable: the physical wake sequence, run transition, meditation orientation and return-to-work cue.

Daily: the actual first task, why it matters, remaining plan, selected personal insight and any deliberately approved later focus/recovery blocks. No fixed clip should pretend a task is complete or name a stale priority.

04 · No extra administration

Three working surfaces. One conversation.

Today’s interim digest covers the previous 24 hours to 14:41 Budapest. It is preparation for the conversation, not a full evening account. Tell the coach what happened afterward.

Use your usual Notion Calendar for blocks. You do not need to inspect all eight databases.

Daily digest + relevant history→ opening reflection→ you edit plan / Calendar / Sheet→ you prepare desk→ explicit finish

You save

The authoritative daily plan in Notion, time blocks in Calendar, and truthful tracking in the Sheet.

The agent archives

Full available visible conversation and dated plan snapshot locally, readable records in Notion, searchable dated history in Pinecone.

You receive

Two plan-grounded audios in Telegram, with clear order and a receipt distinguishing saved, indexed, generated and sent.

What will we actually test together?
  • Open the right real plan, Calendar and tracker. Save a real edit yourself and check it remains.
  • Play a sample on your actual phone/headphones. Pause and resume. Samples do not prove final guide assembly.
  • Practise interruption, an unavailable digest, a distracting idea, and a delayed audio. Preserve the paper first action.
  • Return to the same date and phase after an interrupted conversation.
  • Finish explicitly and inspect each save/delivery receipt. A failed stage stays pending.

Notion and Sheet API access were rechecked September 27. Their current challenge entries are blank. The microphone experience, your real edits, physical preparation, final personalized audio, and habits themselves require the actual session. A prepared agenda is not proof they happened.
